Returns & Refund
At Legend Length, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our returns and refund policy for detailed information on our process.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" will not be accepted for returns.
- Items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
- If you ordered by mistake or are dissatisfied with the product, you may return the product for a full refund, but all shipping, restocking, or other charges associated with your order will be borne by you (including a 2% restocking fee).
2. Return Process:
- To start a return, contact us at legendlength.vip@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we provide via email if your return is accepted.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us at legendlength.vip@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item and will issue a full refund or a replacement once the item is inspected and the damage is confirmed.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final-sale items or gift cards.
- Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
- We do not accept exchanges unless the items are defective or damaged. Please don't hesitate to contact us at legendlength.vip@gmail.com if your items fall into this category. We will assist you with the exchange process for defective or damaged items.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Items that have exceeded the return period will no longer be refunded.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch with us at legendlength.vip@gmail.com.
